GROUP DYNAMICS
We initiated this project by identifying various features we appreciate in furniture. This discussion helped establish our motto. “While all the birds share the same cliff, they also have their own personal space”.

DESIGN DIRECTION
During the start of the ideation phase, I played around with different ways you could split a cube and merge it back together.

PUBLIC SPACE
We collectively aimed to design for a public setting and settled on a bar as our scene due to its versatility. Our design allows the bar owner to minimize the unit's size for cleaning and guests are provided with a flexible seating and table solution

Enviorment & utility
The design enables the bar owner to reduce the unit's footprint for floor cleaning or when space is required for dancing.
Guests are provided with a versatile seating and table solution. The use of two contrasting colors allows two groups to share the unit, facilitating the chance to mingle and make new acquaintances simultaneously.
